Overview

This website is operated by Clara Hauls. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping policy, Return and refund policy and Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States only.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe our products and show their colors as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. We may change or stop selling a product at any time.

Pricing and pricing errors

All prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order was already confirmed.

Order acceptance and cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you a shipping confirmation. We can refuse or cancel an order at any time, for example because of a stock problem, a pricing error, a payment problem or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order that you already paid for, we will refund you in full. Cancellation requests from you are covered in our Return and refund policy.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. You agree to give us accurate and complete billing information.

Using the product

Use our products only for their intended purpose, which is cleaning glass surfaces. Read any instructions before use and never use the product while driving. If you are unsure, test it on a small area first. You are responsible for how you use the product.

Intellectual property

All text, images, logos and designs on this site belong to Clara Hauls or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

Prohibited use

You may not use the site for anything unlawful, try to break or overload it, send harmful code, or collect information about other users.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and our products are provided as is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties other than those required by law, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Clara Hauls and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to our business, subject to any consumer protection laws that apply to you where you live.
