Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is 100% FREE on all US orders. The price you see is all-inclusive with zero hidden fees at checkout.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, most orders arrive in about 7 to 15 days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery can take longer during busy periods or because of carrier delays.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will get an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to show updates after it is created.

Multiple items

If you order more than one pack, your items may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will get a tracking number for each shipment.

Address mistakes

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will try to fix it before the order ships. We cannot change the address after the order has shipped.

Lost or damaged orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you do not have your order, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will help you sort it out.
